Nekoscube, Tsuen Wan & Wind Cat Cafe
Port Maine is a short but very close-knit community!

Before getting my two feline friends, I used to visit many cat cafes to enjoy being surrounded by cats. This time, I visited a newly opened cat-petting space in Tsuen Wan called #nekoscube. #nekoscube, which has been open for about two months, recently launched a trial activity for an "all-day single-person pass," allowing unlimited entry and exit within 9 hours, and also includes cake, drinks, and cat treats!

Nekoscube, decorated in a Japanese-style kimono, is small with only three long tables, but feels comfortable and cozy. The cats are all sprawled on the tatami mats, looking like they're waiting to be served. There are 12 cats working there, including 4 Maine Coons and 8 Hong Kong Shorthairs. The mother cat, "Sister," was rescued from a farm. Although she was once a stray, "Sister" isn't afraid of people at all and even enjoys having her bottom patted! All 12 cats are very friendly, especially "Mowan" and "Nanrou." If you hold a cat toy, they'll follow you around like glue.

(The kittens, "Young and Wonderful," are full of energy and spend all day chasing and running around each other, but they have a very good relationship.)

Many cat cafes offer treats to encourage interaction between guests and the cats. However, #nekoscube#'s cat treats are all handmade and dried, making them much healthier, and they're available in limited quantities. You can feel the owner's love for the cats in many details. Besides healthy treats, they also make special "cat popsicles" to help the cats absorb more water, using health supplements mixed with water to create ice cubes. Surprisingly, these "cat popsicles" are incredibly popular with the cats; as soon as they're taken out, groups of them scramble to drink from them.

#CubeCat, while a space for enjoying petting cats, also emphasizes the cats' activity space. It's fully equipped with cat trees, cat climbing frames, and even a transparent cat bridge. The entire ceiling is a small world for the cats, accessible from south to north. Not only can guests admire the furry friends from above, but it's also a private space for the cats. Even if a cat is in a bad mood, they can enjoy some peace and quiet on the bridge.

(As long as there are snacks, I'll gaze at you with deep affection!)

Although the stay was only three hours, it was already very satisfying. The cat staff at #nekoscube are all very hospitable and friendly, and they are very happy to play with you and feed you. Before you know it, you will find a cat climbing at your feet. If you are lucky, you will be able to get the goodwill ambassador ("Kaka") to sit on your thigh!

(I was fortunate enough to witness the moment when the cats were being fed; watching them eat was so therapeutic.)

The cats are adorable; there are 4 Maine Coons and 8 Chinese domestic cats (4 to 6 months old).
The Maine Coon cats' fur is so soft and comfortable; they're all greedy and playful. During our 4-hour store visit, the cats were lively and active the entire time.
They play enthusiastically with even simple cat toys and are completely unafraid of people.
It's clear that the store manager did an excellent job of socializing the cats during their childhood.

It's worth praising that the hygiene of the 12 cats was kept very good!
As a seasoned cat lover, I can't resist giving my cat a little cuddle; its nails are regularly trimmed and its face is free of eye and nose boogers.
It smells wonderful, like sunshine on a clean wool blanket!

This was my first time feeding a cat popsicle, and I was very impressed with the store manager's creativity in giving the cat treats while also providing hydration.
The transparent skybridge at Iconic is also beautiful; I was lucky enough to see two Maine Coon cats sleeping on it.
Looking at a cat's belly, all its fur and puffy flesh, through a transparent panel is a uniquely heartwarming experience!

The decor is beautiful; the Japanese-style wooden design makes you feel at home and relax.
